As I mentioned in part one, leaders can become myopic, focused on their perception of the perfect employee and quite often that perfect employee “looks” much like the person making the hiring decision.

It isn’t the world we live in that creates our distress, it is the world we create and the actor (you, me) who stands on the stage.

He will blame you or someone for everything that happens. He will not accept blame unless it is part of his plan to control you.

These types are virtually devoid of consistency and structure. If you are consistent and do not allow him to manipulate you, your mate will learn that he cannot play his game with you.

They are experts at avoiding, denying, blaming and excusing. Don’t be taken in by constant excuses. True, even Bad Boys have the occasional flat tire or a dead phone battery.
