This Thursday (September 01) at noon EST I will be interviewed on “PI Declassified on Voice America TM Variety.” We will be discussing psychopaths for writers, the general public and private investigators.

Nothing lasts forever. That is what we are told and it is true of dead romances as surely as it is true of winter storms and spring blooms.

Leadership styles correspond with personality types. For example, I am an ENFP and my corresponding leadership style is Ideological with a smidgen of Change Oriented and Participative.

As I mentioned in part one, leaders can become myopic, focused on their perception of the perfect employee and quite often that perfect employee “looks” much like the person making the hiring decision.

Recently I took off a couple of days to meander on Edisto beach in South Carolina. Walking the beach, smelling the salt air, feeling the warm, damp sand between my tired toes and communing with the sea…

It isn’t the world we live in that creates our distress, it is the world we create and the actor (you, me) who stands on the stage.

It is terribly sad when a man’s death is a cause for celebration. If we live our lives with love and compassion, if justice is done, we leave behind a benevolent legacy.

Who was this man with so few mourners? What were his beliefs about himself, others and the world (personality) that lead him to this inauspicious fate?
